Louis Vuitton at Home

Louis Vuitton trunks and travel bags make regular appearances in design photos – sometimes as props, but frequently as furniture. Vintage Vuitton can serve as cocktail tables, bedside tables or, in the case of Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi’s recently-sold home in Beverly Hills, a custom-made safe.

If you look closely, you can see the initials "J.F.K." on this vintage Vuitton suitcase, which now serves as a coffee table in the home of interior designer, Christopher Coffin. The piece did belong to President John F. Kennedy.
